How can nutrition and exercise help your physical and mental health?

 

Survivors’ Network bring a series of workshops on exercise and nutrition to help you improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

 

Join us at SN from 7.15pm to 8.15pm on Mondays:18th Jan / 22nd Feb / 21st March 

 

The sessions will be facilitated by Shiv, an experienced PT and nutrition trainer. Sessions are open to all self-identifying women aged 18+.
