Survivor’s Network wants to hear from you!

We are planning to make a film about how SN supports young people (16-25) and how it might improve.

We need your help in deciding on the film content and production.  If you would like to share your experience of using SN and might also be interested to do some film planning and production then this is the opportunity for you.  You can be involved in whatever way you want:

·you can participate in a group

·talk 1:1 about your experiences of our service and your ideas

·work on the film

But if you just wanted to do one, rather than all of these things – that’s ok too!  We are planning three group sessions. And the first two will be on:

Wednesday 9th November, 4-5pm

Wednesday 16th November, 4-5pm

We can provide refreshments for the sessions you attend, cover your travel expenses to our offices and offer a £10 Amazon/iTunes voucher as a thank you.

Email: snyoungpeople@gmail.com or call/text 07402 463669 to hear more about our project and how you can get involved.

Yoga has an amazing capacity to heal, to empower ourselves, engage our bodies, and remember our connection to the world.
With the tools yoga offers us we can clarify the mind, detoxify the body and have more energy to show up in the world with a joyful and open heart.

These yoga classes are suitable for all shapes sizes and abilities. Yoga is for everybody with every body type and is a pathway for us to grow and expand so that we can feel more connected, confident and present in our lives.

Join Lucy on Fridays at About Balance (East st opposite the Fish Bowl) 3pm-4pm. The class is FREE for women who access Survivors Network and RISE.
Spaces are limited and subject to an initial conversation about suitability. Please email lucy@survivorsnetwork.org.uk to book.
