Create & Connect: Eastbourne Drop-in

A safe, welcoming space for survivors

Unfortunately, due to Governmental guidance, all of our groupwork is currently not running. Please refer to our News section for the most recent updates.

Create and Connect is for self-identifying women ages 18 or over in Eastbourne, who have suffered any unwanted sexual experience, at any point in their life. You can chat to a volunteer, do some art, have a cuppa, take home some free sanitary supplies, find out about other support available to you, meet other women who have similar experiences, draw strength from each other and discuss coping strategies.

  • When: Fortnightly
  • Timings: 11am – 1pm
  • Upcoming dates: 23rd Jan, 6th Feb, 20th Feb, 5th March (with lunch by Soul Food), 19th March, 2nd April, 16th April, 30th April, 14th May, 28th May
  • Where: Bourne Out, 7 Mark Lane, Eastbourne (this building is wheelchair accessible)
  • Cost: Free, no pre-booking required

You are welcome to bring a female friend with you for support. You will not be asked to speak about your experiences.

If you would like to be met at the door by a volunteer or want to ask any questions about the drop-in, please get in touch. You can email info@survivorsnetwork.org.uk or call 01273 203380 to find out more.

We recommend calling ahead to confirm the sessions are going ahead on the day.
