We are looking for someone to join our incredible team as a Groupwork Facilitator

Survivors Network are pleased to be recruiting for a Groupwork Facilitator.

Survivor’s Network is recruiting a Groupwork Facilitator to facilitate all non-therapeutic groups (both online and in-person as required) within Survivors’ Network, including the Peer Support Groups. These will be in Brighton and potentially across Sussex i.e. Hastings, Eastbourne.

Working on a Monday between 1pm-5pm in Brighton is essential to this role.

A trauma- informed approach is essential as well as experience of managing safeguarding concerns and working with people at risk.

This post is subject to a DBS check. 

This role is only open to women applicants, as being a woman is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9 pt 1 of the Equality Act 2010. 

Hours: 22.5 per week  

Salary: £30, 737  pro-rata (SP23)

Contract: Fixed term until March 2027
