
Recruiting: Groupwork Facilitator
We are looking for someone to join our incredible team as a Groupwork Facilitator
Survivors Network are pleased to be recruiting for a Groupwork Facilitator.
The Groupwork Facilitator will strengthen and support the development of our (non-therapeutic) groupwork provision, mainly our in-person peer support groups and our online self-care groups.
They may also develop new groups, both in-person and online.
They will have extensive experience of facilitating and leading groups, working with traumatised individuals, safeguarding experience and considerable knowledge of group dynamics.
Post holder to be based in our Brighton office with travel around Sussex. They will be able to work some evenings.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS.
This role is only open to women applicants, as being a woman is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9 pt 1 of the Equality Act 2010. This means the role is open to women assigned female at birth or transwomen with a Gender Recognition Certificate.
Hours: 30-33 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until Mar 2026
Salary: £29,259 – £31,024 Pro Rata
