Recruiting: Welcome Team Manager

We are looking for a new Welcome Team Manager to join our team!

Survivors’ Network are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as Welcome Team Manager, based at our Brighton office. This role will lead the operational delivery of our Welcome Team, the front door to Survivors’ Network, overseeing intake and assessment for new referrals and general enquiries. 

The Welcome Team provides the first point of contact for many survivors accessing our specialist services. You will manage and support a team of Triage and Initial Support Workers, ensuring referrals are processed safely, carefully and efficiently, and that survivors receive an accessible, responsive and high-quality service. 

You will have significant experience of supervising staff or volunteers in a role working with vulnerable people, including case management, and a strong understanding of adult and child safeguarding. You will be confident developing systems and processes, supporting staff to manage a high volume of cases, working in multi-agency settings and monitoring the quality and impact of services. 

The post holder will be based at our office at 6a Pavilion Buildings, Brighton BN1 1EE. Please note that our Brighton office has multiple flights of stairs and no step free access.
