Recruiting: Welcome Worker (x2)

We are looking for a two new Welcome Workers to join our team!

Survivors’ Network are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team.  The Welcome Worker role will be part of the intake and assessment service within Survivors’ Network, working with clients living across Sussex.   

The Welcome Team are the ‘front door’ to our specialist services for survivors of sexual violence and abuse. You will be the first point of contact for many survivors accessing our services.   

You will have experience working with vulnerable or  traumatised clients . You will be skilled at administrative work and have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload in an efficient and careful manner. 

Job title: Welcome Worker (x2 Positions)

Hours:Hours: 1x 37 Hours (Full-time) 1x 30 Hours (Part-time)

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until March 2026; with potential to extend or be made permanent in the role if operationally viable & funding allows.

SALARY: £26,083 (Pro Rata)

The post holder will work across Sussex, based at our offices in Brighton (please note that our Brighton offices are not accessible for persons with mobility issues), Hove, or Eastbourne. 

This post is subject to a DBS check.
