16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence

16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence began on the 25th of November and ends on the 10th of December.

Here are some of the exciting things we have coming up to mark the campaign

💜 28th of Nov - The BIG GIVE begins - All donations during this period could be doubled as part of the UK's largest match giving campaign!
💜 29th of Nov - Find us at Sussex Student Union's Free Wednesday event between 12 - 1:30pm with info and freebies!
💜 30th of Nov - We will have a stall at Sussex University's Student 16 Days Wellbeing Event!
💜 2nd of Dec - Pop by the Open Market's Vegan Craft Fair from 10am where we will be selling handmade goodies and our feminist Christmas Cards!
💜 2nd of Dec - The Duke of York Cinema is hosting a special charity screening of Die Hard at 5pm (link in bio for tickets).
💜 4th of Dec - @ussu_societies and @sussex_campaigns are hosting us for FREE Bystander Intervention Training (limited spaces left - for Sussex Uni students only) - Visit their Instagram for ticket details.

#whiteribbonday is a day to engage men and boys in the fight against gender based violence. Where we can come together and think about the ways we can prevent men’s violence against women and girls.

From the 21st - 28th of November we are auctioning off some incredible gifted items from local artisans, businesses and venues, meaning each and every penny raised will go straight to helping survivors of sexual violence.
