Training for Managers around Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

About the course
This one day training course is suitable for managers and will give a foundation level understanding of sexual harassment and its impact, practical skills in challenging sexual harassment in the workplace, tips for creating a positive workplace culture and the skills to support an employee who has experienced a sexual crime. This can be used towards achieving the #OverToYou Kitemark, or as standalone training.
Who is this course for?
Any manager or HR professional working in a role where they are required to support staff and create a safe and inclusive environment. It is essential for those working to create a culture that does not tolerate sexual harassment in the workplace. You are not required to have a concern about staff behaviour to attend this – it is designed to better prepare you to support your employees should an issue around harassment arise.
