New Group: Create and Connect
A quiet space for connection, creativity, and care.
Create and Connect is a relaxed, welcoming arts-based group for survivors of sexual violence.
This is a gentle space to spend time together and connect through simple, accessible creative activities such as colouring, bead-making, crochet, and other easy art activities. You’re very welcome to bring your own materials if you’d like, or to simply come along for a cup of tea and some company.
Create and Connect is not a therapeutic group. It is a calm, supportive session facilitated by a member of Survivors’ Network staff, with no pressure to share, talk, or create in any particular way. Unlike our peer support groups, we won’t explore feelings in depth—this is a space where survivors can simply be, and create if they wish.
The group is open to all adult women, including trans women and gender-diverse people.
- When: Every Tuesday2pm-3.30pm (Starting Tuesday the 24th of Feb 2026)
