COVID-19: Helpline Update

Our helpline will now be open on Mondays as well as Wednesdays between 12pm – 2pm on 01273 720 110.
We are no longer open on a Wednesday evening.
If you cannot get through on our usual number, please try 07928 818130. This mobile will only be on during helpline hours.
You can now also email us for support at help@survivorsnetwork.org.uk. We will check and respond to these emails during helpline hours.

The national Rape Crisis Helpline is available over the phone or as a webchat – find out more here.
The national 24hour Domestic Violence helpline can be contacted on 0808 2000 247. They can give information, advice and support and can also signpost to local organisations. There is also safety planning advice on their website should this be of use to you: link here.
Women’s Aid have also released safety advice for survivors.
Please know that even in difficult times, you do not have to face them alone. We may not be able to support you face-to-face, but we are doing everything we can to help via phone, email and online resources.
