Online Workshops: The Precious Present

A friendly online group to explore the present together.
We will be running a 6-week series of workshops during November & December via Zoom, focused on “the Precious Present”!
This is a 6 week workshop journey exploring the ‘present’ and our ‘precious self’, concluding with our created gift to ourselves and wishes for the new year ahead.
These sessions are for self-identified women survivors of sexual violence aged 18+. Places are limited to 6 for each group, and you will need to complete an assessment & commit to attending all 6 sessions.
