Support over the Festive Period

Our office and services will be closed over the Festive period from Thursday 23rd December 2021, and will reopen again from Tuesday 4th January 2022.

• Last Peer Support Group: Wednesday 15th December 2021
• Last day that staff are available to support clients: Wednesday 22nd December 2021

Even though our services are closed, there is still a lot of support available locally and nationally.

Please know that whatever you are experiencing, you are never alone. Here are details of some helplines open over this time:

• If you, or someone else is experiencing a crisis/emergency, please always call the emergency services on 999.
• National Rape Crisis Helpline: 0808 802 9999 (Open between 12:00 – 14:30 & 19:00 – 21:30, every day of the year)

• Samaritans: Call them on 116 123 or email them at jo@samaritans.org for a response within 24 hours. (Open 24 hours a day, every day of the year)
• Shout: Text the word ‘SHOUT’ to 85258. (Open 24 hours a day, every day of the year)
• LGBTQ Switchboard National Helpline: 0300 330 0630 (Open between 10am to 10pm, every day of the year)
