Self-Compassion Therapeutic Online Group
A safe online space for self-identified women on our Counselling Service waiting list to explore self-compassion.
Even with our therapy waiting lists closed there are still ways we can help….
What?
During this online group, we will explore what self-compassion is, and cover topics such as self-criticism, mindful compassion and regulating emotions, alongside using creative arts activities to build new skills for increasing self-compassion and being kind to ourselves.

We will also be using arts activities to give expression to thoughts and feelings in learning how to increase self-compassion (no artistic skill needed).
Who?
This group is led by Survivors’ Network groupwork facilitators and is open to anyone on our Counselling Service waiting list who identifies as a woman. We are a trans-inclusive organisation and welcome trans women to our groups.
When?
This 7 week group will run every Wednesday, from 10.15 am – 11.45am This group will be starting at the end of March/beginning of April 2024.
There will be breaks in between some weeks.
Where?
This group will be held virtually via Zoom.
