Self-Compassion Therapeutic Online Group

A safe online space for self-identified women on our Counselling Service waiting list to explore self-compassion.

Even with our therapy waiting lists closed there are still ways we can help….

During this online group, we will explore what self-compassion is, and cover topics such as self-criticism, mindful compassion and regulating emotions, alongside using creative arts activities to build new skills for increasing self-compassion and being kind to ourselves.

Learn How to

  • How to reduce self-criticism

  • Increase self-compassion

  • Practice self-kindness

  • Implement self-nurture

  • Use mindfulness

We will also be using arts activities to give expression to thoughts and feelings in learning how to increase self-compassion (no artistic skill needed).

This group is led by Survivors’ Network groupwork facilitators and is open to anyone on our Counselling Service waiting list who identifies as a woman. We are a trans-inclusive organisation and welcome trans women to our groups.
