
Adult Therapeutic Services Manager
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Adult Therapeutic Services Manager
We are recruiting an Adult Therapeutic Services Manager to join our busy therapeutic service.
The Adult Therapeutic Services Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sessional therapists and two administrative workers, as well as having overall responsibility for the running the service. The service supports survivors 18+ who refer in to receive specialist trauma therapeutic support.
Applicants will be professionally qualified, have extensive knowledge of trauma-informed practices, extensive experience as therapists, experience of supervising and managing staff and will have membership with an appropriate regulatory body.
They will have a minimum of 350 hours post qualifying experience and extensive experience of working safely and effectively with trauma. A job offer to successful candidates will be conditional until registration and other checks are confirmed.
The post holder’s regular place of employment will be a combination of remote home working and at our Brighton office, subject to organisational needs. The post-holder will incorporate an office on-call rota and an evening on-call rota, as all service managers.

Hours: Part-time – 30 hours
Salary: £36,464 – £39,605 pro-rata
