Support over the Festive Period
Find support and community over the Festive Period and New Year.
Our office and services will be closed over the Festive period from Thursday 23rd December 2021, and will reopen again from Tuesday 4th January 2022.

Even though our services are closed, there is still a lot of support available locally and nationally.

Please know that whatever you are experiencing, you are never alone. Here are details of some helplines open over this time:
- If you, or someone else is experiencing a crisis/emergency, please always call the emergency services on 999.
- National Rape Crisis Helpline: 0808 802 9999 (Open between 12:00 – 14:30 & 19:00 – 21:30, every day of the year)
- Safeline National Male Survivors Helpline: 0808 800 5005 (Click here to see opening hours over Christmas)
- Samaritans: Call them on 116 123 or email them at jo@samaritans.org for a response within 24 hours. (Open 24 hours a day, every day of the year)
- Shout: Text the word ‘SHOUT’ to 85258. (Open 24 hours a day, every day of the year)
- LGBTQ Switchboard National Helpline: 0300 330 0630 (Open between 10am to 10pm, every day of the year)
