We deliver a range of different kinds of workshops to survivors and also run some supporters’ groups.
We try to offer as many different kinds of support as possible as an organisation, so some of our groups are art based, some discussion, and some are more physical such as yoga. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to your survivor journey. Hopefully we provide a wide enough range that you will be able to find a group or workshop that you feel will help.
When in-person groups are running we recommend that you call the office before coming in for a workshop that you have not booked for in advance – sometimes staff shortage results in last minute cancellation.
