Groupwork
Join other survivors and supporters in various groups.
We deliver a range of different kinds of groupwork to survivors and also run some supporters’ groups.
We try to offer as many different kinds of support as possible as an organisation, so some of our groups are art based, some discussion and some are more physical such as yoga. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to your survivor journey. Hopefully, we provide a wide enough range that you will be able to find a group or workshop that you feel will help.
Our groups (online and in person) are for survivors across Sussex (to refer yourself to our service go to Refer Yourself – you can do this specifically to access our groups).
